I’m a business consultant working directly with CEOs of well-run companies.  I’m not a recruiter; I’m a specialist in helping people find enriching work that fulfills the vision they have for their life.  I use a special methodology to help CEOs build companies where everyone who works for them loves what they do, are enriched by the work, and finds multiple rewards by doing so.
I believe the key to highly engaged employees is doing the work they are passionate about, and working for companies who know how to match the right people with the right jobs.
I often get asked to help my clients find the perfect person for their job openings.  If you are a web developer this may be your dream job.  Let me tell you a bit more about the work this company needs done, and if you think this describes the work you are well designed to do, and sounds fun, I would like to talk to you.
My client needs to further develop their presence on the web.  They are a local technical manufacturing company, and they build great products.  Work business culture is warm, high energy, results focused and friendly.  The position that you would fill involves learning about the products and how they are made, collecting the necessary business information that needs to be exchanged so customers can place orders and follow their jobs online.
You would work with a group of very smart people and exchange ideas with them and help come up with the ways the information needs to be displayed and collected over the web to complete a business transaction.  You would have key input in the eventual design, look, and feel of the products.
It would then be your job to program and design the web elements, both the technical programming and the visual interface with look and feel characteristics that will make it attractive for their customers to use.
My client is open to varied work experience when considering candidates for this position.  If you have a great deal of relevant experience and are looking for a change, this may be the place for you.  If you are relatively new, but technically competent in the skills I’ll outline below, and can accurately process information and bring your ideas to the party, you could also be a great candidate.
Here are the technical skills needed to be considered for this job:
+    Good eye for design, excellent attention to detail
+    Have experience in building interactive, web-based applications with successful projects you can show
+    Builds responsive, efficient, maintainable and scalable client-side code
+    Are familiar with 3 or more of the following: CSS3, HTML5, OOCSS, Sammy.js, RaphaĆ«l, RequireJS,
+    Direct experience building secure E-Commerce sites preferred
+    Excellent command of written and spoken English
+    Permanent legal right to work in the US

If you have skills and experience in these areas, you will have an edge over others:
+    A wiz at creating semantic, standards compliant CSS & HTML
+    Comfortable w/ Javascript & JS toolkit(s) (jQuery, Dojo, or YUI specifically)
+    Comfortable working with source control (Subversion experience a plus)
+    No fear of server-side code or relational databases (C# .NET MVC and SQL Server specifically)
If you have some, but not all of the above, but feel you would be a good fit for this opening, I would like to hear from you.
